Yard Supervisor
This is a hands-on, independently responsible yard operations position responsible for the safe, organized, and efficient operation of Trilogy Resources' yard.
The Yard Supervisor is expected to independently manage daily yard activities while actively performing the work. This includes operating heavy equipment to load and unload trucks, staging materials, maintaining inventory, coordinating available helpers when additional assistance is needed, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring the yard is prepared to support daily operations and upcoming projects.
This position does not supervise a permanent yard crew at this time. Employees from other areas of Operations may be assigned to assist in the yard as workload and availability allow. When helpers are assigned, the Yard Supervisor is responsible for providing direction, coordinating the work, and ensuring yard activities are completed safely and correctly.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, recognize what needs to be done without waiting for direction, establish priorities, and take ownership of keeping the yard, equipment, inventory, and materials ready to support Operations.
